SPECIAL OCCASION

Whilst I am not a specialist maker of celebration cakes I can make gluten-free cakes decorated simply for birthdays, weddings, etc

I have found that a Chocolate brownie mountain often goes down well. This is simply a large pile of award-winning brownies which can be served as they are or as a dessert with ice-cream.

It looks spectacular and there is no need for any cutting or any extra decoration, except candles for a birthday.

Products

Kay's cakes are available in a small size (1lb loaf or pack of 4 slices) for retail, and in large 9" round cakes or 10 x 8" tray bakes for cafes and deli counters. There may be some seasonal variation.

LARGE SIZES
9" round cakes are available in the same flavours as the 1lb loaf cakes as well as the following: Lemon Polenta, Moroccan Orange, Rich Chocolate and Almond, Chocolate Fudge.
The slices are all available in 10 x 8" tray bakes.
